Not a good product - zipper fell apart in my hand, on the first time I tried to use the bag. Also, there is not a cut out for hangers.

I'm very pleased with this garment bag. It's a nice color and a durable fabric, so it should look good and work well for a long time. More importantly, it holds my dresses well, and the sides zip down to compress the bag and everything in it. It's great for organizing and protecting clothes, whether they're off season or need some protection in the car.

There are many things not right with this garment bag. First, it arrived with many loose threads., and there is a slight tear on one of the seam ends. A portion was sewn with this blackish-blue thread which stained the bag on the seam. It is not a thick PEVA polyester as advertised, but a satin-like fabric. I tested the "waterproof" claim. As you can see in the picture, it is not. The symmetry of the construction is off. I was going to test the space saving compression claim, but the zipper came apart when I tried to unzip it. It is possible I got a bad one, but I doubt it. I do not recommend.

The quality of the bag itself is very high. The quality of the main zipper of the main compartment is very low. It appears that the zipper is quality but the garment bag arrived with the zipper off of the bag, rendering the bag useless. After about thirty minutes of trying to reinstall the zipper I gave up. In this state the bag is useless. If the zipper cannot be attached and operate to close the bag you cannot use the bag. Hopefully I can get it replaced. Hopefully this is a unique incident.

I'm a bit surprised by the negative reviews. If you can't find the slot for hangers, just unzip the long zipper, the hanger slot is inside. This long zipper is for the gusset. It has two pulls so you can leave it unzipped for added storage or pull both zipper tabs up to meet at the hanger slot if you want to compress items inside to save space. It's just a gusset that allows for more storage, the clothing inside is still fully enclosed. Easily access clothing using the shorter zipper that is at the front side with the widow. Both zippers stop at seams and I've had no issues with them. If it sounds confusing, it's really not. Think soft side luggage that expands, same design here. Two zippers - one gets you in, one gives you more space.This is the third of this type of garment bag and I'll keep ordering them whenever I need a garment bag. They're great.The fabric feels like actual fabric, sleek and smooth for easy dusting when needed. The zippers are solid and slide easily. The window is flexible yet sturdy and keeps things in view. I would have preferred beige to match my others but the pink is a pleasant, very light shade. It works well with the beige and provides a sort of color coding for what's inside even before I look through the clear window.My favorite feature is the gussets. I have several sweaters in one bag and a big puffy long coat compressed in another so it takes up less than half the space in my closet than it did before. I've got my dressier items in this bag. These bags store quite a bit depending on the bulk of the items and everything is easily accessible by unzipping and pulling out the needed item.

I was initially impressed with the quality of this bag but when I began using it, I was quickly disappointed. The zippers are very poorly designed where there is no seal at the end of either zipper end that prevents the tab from coming off. Imagine my surprise and frustration when I go to open the bag to put in my garments and the pull tab comes right off the zipper. I managed to get it reattached but I now have to remember to be careful when opening (or closing).
