I want to start by saying that this is labeled as a "Men's Head Sock", I am a 5'3" 120 lb female. I needed a new head sock asap and I looked at all the racing equipment companies and it seemed all the Sparco head socks were on backorder. So I was excited when I found this product on Amazon and it was in stock and on Prime so I would have it for my event. I received the product and it looked like it was for a child, it was so small that I was like... "what is this??" I rechecked the box and it said Men's so I tried it thinking it would stretch and fit properly but No, it felt like my head was in a vise. I am grateful that I kept my old head sock because I would not have been able to run my car at the event with this head sock because it would have been so uncomfortable and distraction. This was the first time I have bought any racing equipment on Amazon and will never take that chance again. Maybe it was a mislabeling issue, maybe it was the wrong hood in the marked box... I don't know, but I wanted to put it out there because I want to inform others of my experience, especially if under a time crunch. This product would have been perfect if it was sized for an adult.

Super comfy and breathes well, very nice quality - made in Italy. Too bad I did not notice quicker lap times however!
