Carlisle brushes are normally excellent, however, the bristles on this brush are too soft to be effective.

This is not for a case of 12 - you will only receive a single brush. Amazon, this is an ongoing problem, you need to correct it!

It clearly states a CASE OF 12. Beware as you will only receive 1 actual brush. You'll pay $22 for a single brush. I'm not sure why this has not been corrected yet.
