I now have 10 sets to use for teaching and running a conservation group. being lightweight and shorter than most loppers they reduce stress on the wrist and are useable by all ages and abilities. These get heavy use and remain sharp with the gear making use much easier on thicker branches. I have had trouble with the bolts loosening but this is probably due to the nature of the work but easily solved with a drop of Loctite.

I love Spear and Jackson products, first bought pruners at Kew Gardens in 2013 I grow a lot of roses and I find their products are great they are the only pruners and loppers I have used since then I am 77 years old so need a good and easy product to use.
