I dont know if I will put this on my car,metal wall is thin,Maybe is just because my expectaction was higher.But you get what you pay,I guess for others it will work.

We put this on my sons toyota celica race car and sounds amazing super throaty and not that hello cheap lawn mower on steroids sound. And it has added to the performance of his car as well. We'll worth the money.

What a nice sound I have them on a 1989 Corvette they sound fantastic. To anyone that owns a Corvette a C4 you want to change the sound this is the perfect product especially for the price

Packaged nice, welds were nice, no dents or scratches. Sounds good. A little loud, and kind of drony at cruising speed, but great deal for the price. Would buy again

The weld joints could have been polished better I think it will rust very quickly. The guy at the muffler shop recommends that I shouldn't use it due to the fact it's winter and it's prone rust out quickly from salt on the road. I might put it on anyway and get a magnaflow in the summer.

Quality is good, welds are on point, nice and light weight. Only thing I might improve is the polish, could be done a little more if your taking it to shows. Other then that it sounds great on my 98 prelude not to tingy with a deep sound.

Put this on an 06 G35 sedan. Was running straight pipe but the drone started to annoy me and I was waking my kids up when I left for work so I started researching mufflers. I didn't find much info on this one so given the great price I bought it without ever hearing it.This muffler sounds like a pounder version of the stock sound and I love it. Still quiet when your cruising but when you drop the hammer it comes to life. If you are looking for a great sounding and looking muffler give this a try!

Bought this and had it professionally installed at a muffler shop. It sounds very good. Nice agressive sound but not extremely loud. Not perfect, but excellent muffler for the price.Edit: I've now purchased another of these mufflers. The first one was very high quality and looked exactly like the photo. Also, the first one began the "Y" mere inches inside the inlet. As for the second muffler, unfortunately the construction and welds are the same as described by Joshua D. Basically the plates on either end are not on the very end, but instead they are indented about 1/4 inch. The interior is the same as described by 03impala9c1 where basically it's more of a straight pipe design and the "Y" occurs near the distal end of the muffler.Ultmately though, for a mere $33.95 and free shipping this is an amazing deal. So these mufflers may have some slight flaws but so what? When installed pretty much only the tips are visable anyway, and they always look good. The sound is good too, basically as good as the mucher higher priced name brand mufflers.

For the price, best bang for your buck. I put it on a 96 eclipse GST, its not ricey, it fit nice, and has a nice rumble to it. Its not very loud, but your friends will still here you when you drive by, I love it and love the dual tip design, nice welds, and when you step on the gas, it sounds great

I'm going to start by saying buyers need to keep in mind this is a universal made muffler and not made specifically for one car. It will most likely take a bit of modification for correct fitment. On that note... this muffler is by FAR the best quality muffler under 100 $ I have ever seen. Very tightly packed insulation, great quality perforated tubing on the inlet side, beautiful case and tips, welds are barely visible... I can't say enough about it. Sound will vary from vehicle to vehicle but it sounds great on my vw. The muffler IS a straight "flow-thru" design almost identical to magnaflow or borla. The ONLY shortcomings I see with it is the perforated tube inside isn't made from one piece of tubing. The inlet tube which is of excellent quality flows into a "Y" which is made from a different material altogether which has less perforations and bigger holes and has a notch cutout right in the middle of where the split between the two begins which will cause unwanted backpressure and turbulence. If this tube would have been connected fully together and of the same material as the inlet.... I would say 10 out of 10. 99 percent of customers will not care about this I just wanted to point it out. I cannot vouch for long lasting durability yet as I just installed it but I'm sure it will last quite a long time. Final rating overall I would easily give it a 9.5+/10.
