Fits and sits right where it’s supposed to, did not need to drill any additional holes to mount the seat to it.

For what it is....it does it's job...Fits e46 sedan 4 door 325i e... so tbh I was a little skeptical about fitment but it dropped right in with no problem... only problem I had was...I am using an universal racing seat from Amazon and the rail bolt holes don't line up so I had to drill out new holes for my seat rails to mount and attach too...other than that...I'm completely satisfied...
