Now it is possible to adjust the front camber and caster on the Ford Focus with this upper strut plate. To install, simply remove the strut assembly, compress the spring and replace the O.E. upper bearing plate with the 81320.

I fixed a severe front tire wear issue on a 2004 Ford Focus with these kits. The inboard sides of the tires were wearing out every 15,000 miles and installing these let me adjust the camber to a point where the tire wears like any other car, yet still has very good steering and handling characteristics

Worked exactly as advertised. Hopefully with this product and the adjustable control arms I got for the rear installed, my 2009 Focus will not prematurely wear the tires out anymore. Now I have a greater range of adjustment available so I could get the camber to -0.3 ( or even closer to zero if wanted ). Before it was at -1.0 on the fronts and -1.5 on the rears. According to Ford that was within specs, but it would prematurely ruin the tires. I don't drive it very much so it will take a long time before I know the results. Its a 2009 and only has a little over 31,000 miles on it and this is now the 3rd set of tires on it including the originals. I got new tires and aligned to my requested specs after installing these new parts.my current alignment is Front Camber -0.3, Front Caster 1.7, Front Toe 0.01, Rear Camber -0.3, Rear Toe .18

With much less rubber in this part compared to the original, this part is much noisier over potholes, expansion joints, and breaks in the pavement. It's a decent compromise though for a lowered car and the camber adjustment was very easy to dial in once installed.I installed these on a 2004 SVT Focus

I bought this alignment kit to replace what I THOUGHT was a broken Eibach kit. I had a lot of rattling in my suspension upon installation of the Eibach kit, but it turned out the noise wasn't related to my alignment kit at all. This Goldline kit looks identical to the Eibach and SPC kits (the 2 popular name brand kits for the 2000-2007 Focus), has the same build quality, looks to be made out of equally high-quality materials, and comes with all necessary hardware. I've had it installed for a few months now and it's holding up well.I'd recommend this kit to anyone because it's less expensive than buying the other brands, but is literally the same thing.
