Some people rather buy a new car than do this job themselves lol Plus every shop out there will quote you at between $2,000 - $3,000. Since I couldn't afford to do either I had to do it myself. So for the actual product, it was a perfect oem fit, with the same foam inserts. Material seemed the same as the original. The only thing I didn't like was that the actual pipes moved a little too much for my liking. idk if that was normal so I just put some silicone max from dap around the fittings for some extra insurance. I also didn't like how the pipes were a little bent but when you install them and connect your heater hoses it not that big of a deal since they correct themselves a bit. It's been a couple of months already and my truck hasn't overheated, smoke isn't coming out the vents, and my carpet isn't soaked with coolant anymore, so I would say everything worked out and is holding up well. Some tips: Go to your local AC shop and have them extract the Freon in your system, Take looooots of pics and label your bolts and put them in plastic baggies. and lastly, don't neglect your car! Don't put tap water in your rad. Not even distilled water. Having water in your engine will create electrolysis after so many heat cycles and itll eat up your engine from the inside out and create mineral sludge and rust. Good luck to everyone attempting this job!
