The clips given do not fit on the pipes. It’s impossible. Mechanic cannot even get these clips to connect to the core and the inlet pipes.

Not the most fun I’ve had working on a car but wasn’t the worst. I installed this on a 2006 Dodge Charger. I watched several videos and read some forums that said I was taking out a large portion of the lower dash on the drivers side as well as the steering column. I even watched one lazy “mechanic” cut out a metal support brace under a customer’s vehicle. And this is why I don’t take my car to get worked on.I didn’t have to do anything crazy. Remove the plastic under the steering column, remove a metal shield (4bolts). And extend the steering wheel up and out using the adjustment lever. With this out as far as it goes you can then turn the steering wheel so that the yokes in the shaft make clearance for the heater core to slide right out and new one back in.Overall not as bad as I thought. The worst part is laying upside down in the floorboard and working above your head

Was just what i needed spent a year dredging doing the job ( was told dash had to come out and shop wanted $1500 bucks to do ) pulled driver seat got under dash and pulled telescopic steering wheel out and out and in in less than 2hr

NOTE: You do NOT have to remove the dash on a challenger to change out a heater core FYI. Disconnect coolant lines from heater core, and steering column, heater core pulls right out. Product appears better built then Stock.
