The wiring is all kinds of messed up, now I have to undo it by hand and rearrange it so there's continuity in the right places (for example, the cable that's supposed to go to the pump actually goes to the level sensor)

This is the sending unit only. Easy to install, but does not come with a fuel pump. You will have to buy the pump separately. All the pumps are basically the same except for flow rate. For that you will have to figure that out on your own. This fit well in a precision tank that was purchased through O'Reilly Auto parts. This sending unit came with a new gasket and locking ring. And some other parts to go with the fuel pump. Those were pointless parts as the fuel pump comes with them. But on the other hand there's nothing wrong with having extra filters. These are in tank small filters. You will still need the external one. I installed this on my '91 S10 Blazer Tahoe LT.

Looked the same but the plug didn't fit. Had to cut and splice the old one on. Then the fuel gauge didn't work after I installed and filled the tank.

Not much to review. It fit the tank, and holds a fuel pump, and allows gas to go to the engine. m/

Exact match for a 1991 s10 blazer, when first installed it will not give you exact measures due the clear coat on resistor on unit but after a couple of days it will go to normal, this unit also fits al s10 s15 and gmc jimmys
