Same issue as one previous purchaser, metal restrictor did not fit properly. Re-used original strainer without issue. This one was also about 1/4 - 1/3 the size of the one that came out of my '97 Ford Explorer, but honestly not sure if that would make much of a difference.

It came with a small metal restrictor which didn't fit . Had to use the old strainer.
