Once neutralized, the pests can be disposed of securely without being able to escape. Spectracide Wasp, Hornet, & Yellowjacket Trap attracts outdoor pests such as wasps, hornets and yellowjackets. This lure is made with simple food ingredients and each lure lasts up to 30 days. No tools are needed to replace the lure inside the trap. Simply empty the trap after 3-4 weeks or once 2/3 filled with insects. Once empty, refill with the contents of the bottle of lure and yeast packet provided in the refill kit according to directions. Store out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. Keep the container tightly closed. Discard empty packaging in the trash or offer for recycling. For outdoor use only. Always read entire label and follow all directions and precautions.

This will kill the pests, but you may have to hit them a few times to get them to drop dead. Like all others, they seem to discharge quickly so a case is good to have if you live in the country.

First I ordered the refill by accident. Placed my 2nd order for actual trap which was double the price of the refill. 🤦Noticed immediately it smelled just like Apple cider vinegar and the powder add-in is just yeast. I followed instructions to a tea! Hung in area needed & as instructed. BUT --Very Disappointing!! I Have NOT SEEN EVEN one bee, wasp, hornet or any other flying annoyance be drawn to this product. Save your money! I Do not recommend!

Caught the 3-4 wasps flying around the house in a couple days, before they made a nest. Very easy to put together, in 2-3 minutes. Will keep out all summer!
