I was hoping to get more air flow through my carburetor on my Trans Am. When I romp on it, I can hear the carb sucking in air now so it sounds like it's working. I just put it on and will give an update in a month or soUpdate ...Bought September 2021 and by November 2021 (2 months) my stroker motor started misfiring. I got to looking at things and noticed this air element cover is literally falling apart and disintegrating into the carburetor.These pieces are going into my 10k MOTOR. I AM BEYOND MAD

This thing is garbage. Filter material deteriorated in less than a week. Then, I notice it had gaps that were unfiltered around the perimeter from the factory. I wish I had returned it. Do not waste your money.

Replacement lid for my 14 inch round aluminum one with ball milled flames. Unfortunately in 15 years the lid to my old one oxidized and pitted without protection after polish. I got this one to increase airflow, and go along with my 14' Kool Blue Accel washable air filter
