I bought this item in July and by November it was no longer working properly. I contacted Spedal's customer service department. They told me to try a couple of different things, but when they didn't fix the problem they just stopped answering my emails. I would not recommend this product at all. Terrible customer service and inferior product.

My car needed a backup camera and a monitor and this is a very affordable option if you’re looking for something simple to use. It came with enough parts to be able to reach where it needed to on the dash of my car (Lexus CT) and it works well once it’s all set up.

All in all it works very well with CarPlay, but this thing will NOT mirror. I have tried everything under the sun and it still wont work. VERY frustrating!!!

This is the second one I purchased. The first for my wife has minor issues. but works. I love the display and the touch screen. These only work with one phone, you need to delete a phone and pair a new one each time you change a phone . This unit started randomly shutting off during a drive in the first 30 days, that should have been my clue. Over the last week (we are 2 months in), on my 12 minute drive to work, it shuts off 5 times. One time it took almost a full minute to come back. There is no rhyme or reason to it. It just shuts off. One a trip to the airport and back, it worked fine until the last 5 miles, then it randomly shut off and reset a few times. The support is a joke and when I click on the manufacturer's site, it doesn't exist. Save your money and don't buy this.

Ordered this about 6 months ago and has worked great since then. Set it in connected everything. Pressed to connect to my phone and it connected. right away. use it manly for maps and backing up to connect RV. I have already talked my friend into buying one for her motor home remodel.
