This is actually the second one I’ve purchased. My older daughter sometimes drives my car, and re-pairing devices every time got annoying. I needed a second adapter—and I picked this one because it supports both iPhone and Android. It works exactly as described.Setup was fast and easy. It’s incredibly compact—the smallest CarPlay adapter I’ve seen—so it doesn’t take up any space in the car. Connection is stable, and we haven’t had any issues. Highly recommended!

My 2019 Mazda CX-5 only has the wired Apple CarPlay. It was a little bit extra work especially for a 20 minutes drive so sometimes I just don’t use it. The wireless adapter changed my car to a new era. Super easy to set up with fast and reliable connection. I can also charge my phone with my separate wireless charger so everything is much easier now. I also like the extended cable which can provide a more flexible connection for different vehicles.

The functionality of this is fine, and I like the design so that it sits flat against my '22 Nissan Rogue's console and doesn't take up space in the tray right below the USB plugin. However, there's a lag in the song skipping that just drives me nuts. It really makes skipping through songs annoying, and its backwards and forwards so if you want to restart a song, it takes a few seconds after you press the button to catch up to the phone. I don't experience this when I plug in with a wired connection, and I'd rather deal with the inconvenience of that than the annoyance of the lag.

I connected to this device, it worked then. When I started the car the next time, first of all, the connection did not work automatically. When I reconnected the phone to the existing connection, CarPlay refused to work. For example, I have a similar product on my motorcycle and it works every time I start my bike.Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars, that's why I'm giving it one star.Don't buy this, it's complete crap.
