Really like the look but stopped working in less than a year. Bought the 6 gauge pack. Fuel gauge had to be replaced too. But now I'm stuck with them or have to replace all to match.

I like the 270 degree dial face. It works very well without requiring dc power unless you want to use theback lighting feature and I don't use that. Dial is very easy to read and because it doesn't use modernelectronics to function it is total unaffected by my antique car's electro-magnetic interference given offby its ignition system.

A simple mechanical Temp Guage...just went dead, no kinks in the tube, just stopped reading. The speedo I bought in this set is also erratic and pretty well useless. Speedway would not stand behind the speedo when it was only a few months old, so have not bothered to waste my time on this one. Ordering Autometers or NVU from Summit to replace the entire set before they all go dead. Lesson learned.

Surprisingly I’ve caught mine also sticking at 100° then randomly jumping up to around 140°. Today, however, it increased slowly from 100°. Seems to be fairly accurate. Appeared to read a bit low up to around 200-210 but it’s close enough for my use and is perfect for a quick read.

I bought this for my '53 flathead ford. The sensor and the provided adapter will not fit it. I have to spend another $25 bucks to get the adapter to make this work. (speedway conveniently has this part) The hardware stores don't have the right adapter. If you need to screw into 3/8 pipe thread like I do, this is a very expensive part to use. I think is it a screw job and they are just waiting for you to need the second $25 part. The gauge works well after engine temp gets to 140 deg F. It does not budge before that. I would buy again if the provided adapters work to install it.

Product was exactly as it was posted. Came quicker than I expected and so far as it has only been a few days works like it should. I did a comparison to see if the temp was accurate and it was within 1 degree from my calabrated gauge.

I like the large numbers and spacing between numbers. For my 87 Toyota Tercel the fitting that goes into the engine was too large (1/2"-14 pipe thread). I picked up a 3/8" pipe thread fitting at local car parts store. So original was 5/8"-18 UNC (female) to 1/2"-14 pipe (male) the one i picked up was 5/8"-18 UNC (female) to 3/8"-18 pipe (male).
