Pay more and get a better quality. The teeth on the crimp did not match up. For the price i did not send them back but would not repurchase.

It does the job but it takes some practice to get the teeth of the barbs into the elastic. I'm almost 50 and I have a hard time seeing the tiny part of the pliers that needs to align with the barbs. Overall, I'm glad to find an alternative to annoying "knots" in my journal covers.
