Screws are impossible to take off of bike. Should not be on there that extremely tight. Probably will end up returning if I cant fix this. Cant even set up the bike. What a joke. Have to order an extra set of tools just to take off a couple of screws.

So far so good. Fairly easy for me to put together. I Amazon 5 Ft person and it feel safe and comfortable one it. I like that I can step through it easily. The color is really cool. Im finding it fun to ride although Ive only gone 15 miles on it. The bile wa shipped in a very well padded box to prevent breakage.

I first purchased a much larger bike with 26X4 fat tires. It is 74" long, and weighs almost 90 lbs. It is too much bike for me, and I am 5'9", 175 lbs. This bike is the perfect size. When I ordered it, the estimated delivery was 5-6 days. The day I ordered it, I received a notice there might be an issue with the timing of delivery. To my surprise, it arrived in 3 days. Amazing. It took me about 45 minutes to put together. It is only 58 lbs. and about 64" long. As I was putting it together, the lock on the front column wouldn't lock. I contacted support and received a quick fix within 24 hours. The bike is pretty easy to fold up and put in my Jeep. It looks great, and I feel much safer on it than the big ebike I purchased first. I took my 1st 2 mile test run today, and it is soooo much easier to ride. It feels like a regular bike, but it propels itself. It is very solid, and very comfortable to ride. For less than $550., this is such a good deal. I will be putting a lot of miles on this bike.

The bike is comfortable, easy to resemble and ride. Great riding experience. More compliments on this bike then our other full size ebikes! Definitely would buy again.

So far, I love this bike. It is easy to assemble and easy to use. Now I look forward to going outside every day and getting some exercise. It helps with going up hill and riding against the wind, which is just what I wanted.

Minimal assembly.You might need to adjust hand brake tension or Shimano gears. You will love this bike, I Bought TWO!Wife loves her bike.Top speed 20.8 mph

While I realize we've only had them for a few weeks, we absolutely love them! We've been all over our town we went to a local Lake we're getting ready to take them to a beach that we can ride them on! Fold up nicely fit right in the back of our Xterra both of them no problem! Easy to put together easy to ride easy to maneuver easy to figure out how to use, we love them, as far as we're concerned, if you're looking for your first electric bike, this is it, the price is amazing and I can't find any fault.
