I'd recommend getting something that makes it easy enough to breath since realistically you may be wearing this for quite a while but the material is extremely comfortable.

Feet sizing are way off, but otherwise, good unisex suit. Just make sure SOMEONE zip you in and out: zipper in the back.

I'm 5'4" and 130lbs, got a medium and it fits well (including over the bust). Comfortable. My only complaint is there was a tiny hole along the seam of the leg when I got it, but it's an easy fix.
