Easy set up, but only got 7 arrows in and catastrophic failure

It was already open, used or returned? , cant return it because I have to use UPS store to send it back but the nearest UPS store is 100 miles away which means I will be spending more money to send it back. SPG archery sucks. Will give zero stars if there is option for it.
