Great for a garage floor epoxy job or two - definitely not a long term use. So, moderate durability? If that’s what you need them for, they’re perfect. Fits size 10m, US, sneaker fine.

Defintiely came in handy while I worked on resurfacing my garage floor with self-leveling concrete. Couple spikes did come lose after few steps around the wet concrete. Had to tighten it few times. Also the tool it came with was ever so slightly smaller than actual nut, so it was little difficult to use.

When you get these, you have to assemble all the spikes with a nut for each spike. Spikes have to be added to the plastic sandals. Be careful not to overtighten, or you might get spinning nuts!*Good Stuff*-Easy to assemble-Comes with a spanner-Price-Fits foot (might be an issue with smaller feet)*Bad Stuff*-Picks up paint-Not easy to strap at the back-One spike could not be tightened (was spinning in the hole)-One spike nut fell off several times over 2 hour period of useOverall these work for a paint project where you need to walk on drying paint and add the Additional Decorative Chips to painted surface. I will recycle these for the garden to add airholes to our lawn when I walk around etc.

I purchased those sandals to help me level my bathroom floor. I have size 12 feet and they fit perfectly. You have to assemble the spikes when you receive the sandals. Even if they look cheap, I found that they worked well and I could use them again with no issue! They're definitely worth the price to make your life easier while leveling a floor!

To begin with, for the price, you get some basic spike sandals - there's nothing fancy here. Piece of plastic, with metal spikes and 2 straps to hold them in place. They were simple and got the job done - with a few modifications.I took others' advice and used some Loctite when installing the spikes and nuts. It was the gel super glue version - the cheap stuff, honestly. I let them cure for a few days since I wasn't really ready to lay down the epoxy at that specific time anyway. Also, when it came time to strapping them on - I used a 2nd pair of shoes and married it together with the spike sandals by taking the ankle strap and running it through the sleeve on the upper-tongue of my shoe. Then, the secondary strap by the toes, I ran that through the shoe laces towards the bottom. This really helped stabilize the sands and essentially made it "one" with my 2nd pair of shoes. I wore them the entire time while laying down epoxy for a 3 car garage (2 car, and seperate 1 car). I had a helper who helped with cutting in the edges and passing me tools back and forth, etc. Also - random tip if you're getting ready to DIY your own epoxy garage. For the flakes - take a strainer like you would use for pasta. Dump your flakes into it, and gently shake back and forth while dropping the flakes. The strainer helps to evenly distribute the flakes in a random pattern - but most importantly, EVENLY. It worked like a charm!Good luck and if this review helps, please leave a thumbs up!

It's easy to install, my husband finished it in less than 10 mins. It works okay, with such a price.

We purchased two sets of these for my wife and I well doing an epoxy floor in our garage . They worked perfect for was we need them for and our project turned out really good. You do have to attache the spike to the base plates but that only takes a few minutes. The straps are well made , once they are on your shoes they do not come off . They seem to fit universally as I have size 12 feet and my wife is a size 7 and we both had no issues .When walking on the epoxy they left no marks and made is so much easier to get out and air bubbles .Good option for diy epoxy flooring as the price is great . Would recommend them for any concrete floor painting project or when doing a self levelling concrete job that is not a think pour .

Just finished installing epoxy flooring in my garage and these are a must to do the best job possible. Make sure you use loctite when installing the bolts so they don't come loose at the least opportune moment during wet epoxy. These allow you to travese the epoxy while still wet and apply paint chips and cross roll anywhere your heart desires. One time use but well worth the cash considering how much the epoxy costs and the costs to do again if not done right the first time!

These spiked sandals worked well for me when I applied epoxy to my 750 square foot workshop floor. Having read the reviews, I was careful to fully tighten the nuts holding the spikes, and as an added measure I used loctite. There is a limit to how tight you can secure the nuts since the spike heads eventually start turning in the recesses which hold them in the sandal. But none of the nuts came loose. I wear an 8 1/2 shoe and these fit well over my sneakers, but I imagine if you have a very large shoe size, or a petite women's size, they might not fit so well. The straps worked ok. Given the relatively low price, and the fact that they functioned as intended with no problems, I give 5 stars, even though I don't agree with the 5 star "I love it" description.

I decided to epoxy my garage and didn't think I would need these spiked shoes. I was wrong. YOU NEED THE SHOES! So, just go ahead and get them when you get all of your other supplies. I paid about $25 for these on line including shipping. I could not find them at any stores in town, so, you will have to plan ahead to have them arrive before you begin your project.I wear a woman's size 8 or 9 shoe and the straps were too big to tighten properly. So, I put on a pair of my husband's size 8 work boots. The straps fit very well and held tight throughout the job. The straps did not drag in the epoxy at all. The spikes did not leave marks in the epoxy. I could go wherever I needed to go without worrying about walking in the epoxy, even after I had applied the flakes. The shoes are flexible enough to walk around comfortably so I don't think you need to spend the extra money to get flexible shoes. I don't think I would like the slip on shoes either. It was good to know they were securely fastened to my boots throughout the job.The extra money you would have to spend to get longer poles to spread and roll the epoxy without walking in it, makes these shoes worth the money. You will relax and not have to worry about how you will reach the epoxy without stepping in it. It is worth the money for peace of mind.
