Definitely a conversation piece! It’s for wine but I got a wood ball and keep bourbon in it. (Props if they start offering the wood/cork ball in the future.) it’s heavy and seems to be well made/durable. It’s heavy and the design is so fun! Beautiful addition to a home bar/office bar. Good size, holds a larger bottle. I would totally buy this. Adds an elegance to the room.

This was such a disappointment, I am not quite sure how anyone could give this a good review. The bottom silver part is a piece of plastic that is as flimsy as if it came from the dollar store. And the "glass" isn't much better. The whole thing looks more like a gag gift in person and the only thing that's nice about it is the box that it was packaged in. It's as lightweight as they come, and so cheap I was not even bothering to try and use it. What a complete disappointment. Do not waste your money!

I got a similar one of these last year and it was so great and beautiful quality. This is nothing like the one I got before, and it stinks because I had intended this to be a christmas present since the other one isn't available anymore. I won't be gifting this to anyone, it's so terrible. The base, instead of being very heavy and metal, is plastic. The decanter itself is also very, very lightweight. I can't even tell that it is glass for sure. It feels like thick plastic. The whole thing is so lightweight that the decanter just falls over. And what is up with the "Quick Sobering Up" in the title??? This is a nice wine decanter if you like to embellish your aerating of wine by spinning the decanter in the base. I have several of these types of decanters - and it is a lot of fun for people to roll it around in between pours. The one reason I deducted a star is the overall quality is not at the same standard as others I've used. Specifically, the base is pretty light and not weighted down like others. Having said that, it does function similarly.

This decanter is simple and nice overall. The spinning base is plastic, not metal, and the glass isn’t super heavy, which makes it easy to handle but feels a bit light in terms of quality. For the price, I expected a little more, but it’s still very usable and looks nice on display. I’m not sure if I love it, but it’s a solid, functional piece to have for wine lovers.
