A couple years ago my husband and I made the stupid decision to get a split King adjustable bed. Big mistake. Now one or both of us is forever falling into the giant crack between mattresses. We've tried the foam inserts, the skinner foam bed bridges with straps, and now this bed bridge. This one is probably my favorite although none of them will make it feel like a seamless King-size bed. My suggestion, no matter which bed bridge you choose, is to put a plush mattress cover on top of it to make the bridge and straps less prominent.That said, this one is my favorite so far because it's so wide that it does create a better bridge than most. It doesn't allow anyone to fall into the crack but if you do roll over it, you'll be able to tell that you're laying on the bridge unless you use a plush mattress pad. That said, it doesn't bunch up like the other thinner bridges we've tried and it actually keeps the mattresses together and creates a relatively flat sleeping surface unlike the foam inserts.I'll keep using this one over all the others we've tried because it's the best one yet, but none of these are perfect in terms of functionality and comfort. The best thing you can do is not get a split king mattress - lol

My wife & I got an adjustable bed so she could sleep at an incline to help her acid reflux, while I prefer to sleep flat. It is a king but basically split into two beds so they can adjust independently. I have hated it ever since we got it because the two mattresses push apart during the night and I end up sliding into the gap. This gap eliminator holds the mattresses together without interfering with the adjustability. The first night we put it on was the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a year! The pad that goes between the mattresses also seemed to firm up the edge of the mattress, so not only didn’t they push apart, there was no low spot between them. The straps seem to stay nice and secure as well. Couldn’t be happier!
