I love these, this is my second and I’ll be buying more. It’s like having secret elastic wasted pants. Improves comfort and your pants stay up better.

I originally ordered this belt with the plastic buckle and it was awful, the belt buckle would not stay fastened, and worse, it came off the belt altogether. The elastic was good, but that was all. I returned it and now have the belt with the flip buckle and it’s FAR BETTER. Stays fastened, does not come off the belt and I like the elastic, it’s good, heavy-duty and has the stretch needed to do the job I need it to do while staying comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because I wish there was a way to shorten it... the end is way too long. At the very least, I wish it had a retaining band to secure that very long end where it sits halfway around my waist. Other than that, I’m very happy with this belt, in navy blue, and will work on figuring out how to shorten it without damaging it. I will likely order this again in the khaki and the army green with the same flip buckle.Update: Upon examining the end of the belt, it may be possible to open up the metal clamp on the end JUST ENOUGH to take the end of the belt out of it, shorten it, singe it with a lighter to seal any rough edge or fraying from cutting, and then put the clamp back on the end and press it back together on the end of the belt with pliers - a washcloth put on the clamp to protect it from scratching by the pliers - all done carefully enough to keep the clamp in nice, new unscratched condition. I'll update again once I've tried this, with pix.
