It is roomy for our full grown cat and the top door makes it much easier to put her in and take her out of it. We can even put our dachshund in it, of course not at the same time! But it isn't as roomy for him. I did have to put it together myself but that wasn't hard and only took about 7 or eight minutes. I do wish the larger 26" one had the top door too. The twist door locks are so much easier to use than the old squeeze bars, I like them a lot. There is no way to lock the doors. The plastic is a good quality as well as the metal doors and have held up to several trips with no damage whatsoever. It is working out great. The design of the door handles really does make it much easier to use. And you could take the screws back out and nest it back together for storage if you liked.

This is a solid, basic pet carrier that is a good value for the price. It was simple to put together and took me about 15 minutes total to construct, including the time it took to remove all the packaging. I can securely carry one of our cats (~10 lbs) in it, and they are comfortable in it. I love that there is a top door, but I do wish that that door stayed open on its own, as it would make it easier to put your pet in it.

Having multiple pets I have purchased many kennels. This Sportpet kennel has the easiest door operation that I’ve seen. Just turn the knob to open or close. No squeezing those little tabs to open hurting your fingers. Plastic is quality material too

Super easy to assemble. I didn't need to look at any instructions it only took a couple minutes.I really like the white/cream color and the kennel is super easy to clean with just water and a microfiber towel!Its definitely my go to Kennel for any vet visits. Its got enough ventilation/visibility for my pets to stay calm and not get anxious.

The small pet carrier is outstanding in design, quality and multiple access doors provide ease of entry and exit of pets. The assembly was effortless and quality metal screw bolts made it ideal for both a visual and rugged durability. I highly suggest this carrier for either feline or canine pets.

This is a very well built and attractive kennel. Perfect for our trips to the vet and park. Easy to put together, the door is so much easier to use than the traditional squeeze latch. Perfect size for our pup and kitties.
