I am traditionally a mountain biker and am used to running my cleats much farther rearward than most modern road shoes allow. This is a great solution! I can now run my preferred shoe without having to break out my drill set. I don't run my cleats totally midfoot, but these allowed me to move my speedplay cleat 1.5cm rearward with plenty of room to keep going. I didn't need much! Thanks for making this product.

I ordered the Patrocleats Store SPPL4 Adapter for SpeedPlay and Wahoo.Bike fit is a personal issue. That includes bike size, seat/saddle, foot/shoe, hand, etc. Unfortunstely, these didnt help my right foot/shoe issue. Guess I'll need to get a fresh bike fit with particular discussion of my right foot problem. I didn't post any photos because those already posted provide all the info on hhe producted hgst is needed.Overall, 4 stars from me because the concept and execution are good. It could be 5 stars for you if it solves your issue.

If you have fit issues with your bike then this is one of many things that you may need to consider when getting an optimal fit to reduce the chance of repetitive stress injuries and maximizing efficiency. This Cleat adapter moved my cleat position further back consequently it reduced pressure on the outside of my knee specifically the IT band area. This has always been a problem on longer rides as repetitive rotation created a hot spot on those areas.
