We got this to use in meeting rooms where your typical laptop 90 degree camera just wasn't good enough. We found it easy to setup and a great camera. Sound was a little bit tinny for us in the room and the people on the other end complained of some echo but overall a good product for the price and a lot better than a built in laptop camera. We did look at more expensive systems but I think we will stick with this and maybe use a Jabra 520 for the sound and microphone.
