Fits the gun perfectly. Very snug cap connection. Nice lightweight aluminum adapter. The edges could be a little smoother, but it doesn't affect the function at all.

This didn't work with my base coat (Iwata), clear (Iwata), or primer guns (3M system). I didn't expect it to fit the 3M system gun. My HF gun was at work so I didn't test it on that. I ordered this adapter to use with a non-3M disposable cup system and that end of the fitting seemed like it could work but was a VERY tight fit and might unthread the adapter by trying to twist the cup onto the adapter. My fitment issues aside, this adapter seems to be well made. It feels very light, because it's made of aluminum, but it doesn't seem like that lightness will affect durability. If it fit my guns and cups better I would rate it much higher. Maybe its a little unfair to rate low for that, but future buyers should know to verify fitment before purchasing.

Common adapter for "screw" type paint cups made out of aluminum. Threads are well made and the adapter itself is well cast but hard to justify the ten dollar price. However if you want to use cheap disposable 3M style paint cups it really is the only available option unless you pick up a full kit. Still recommended but with a slight reservation just for value.

The Penfeinx Paint Spray Gun Cup Adapter is a winner. I have several spray guns and was having to swap the adapters between guns but now. all of my guns have the necessary adapter for using the disposable cup system. I've been using the cup system for years and I'm happy to have this red aluminum adapter. It fits well and cleans easily. No issues or complaints.

Nice, tightly sealed fit...It allows paint to flow with no leaks..Not sure what more you could ask for with one of these....
