I did not notice the 'XL' part of the description.. I didn't know grater boxes had sizes. This is definitely a huge grater. It works well, does what a box grater should.. has a nice grip on the bottom so stays put over anything I set it on.. (cutting board, counter, even a paper towel)... No complaints about what it does.The lemon zester is also quite large... over a foot long. 1.5" wide or more.. Kind of unwieldy, but it works.
