Just got a 2025 Polaris Ranger 1000 base model and have been reading reviews and buying accessories. This one is cheap, easy to install, and works great. To get to my pasture from the house I have to go thru a gate and immediately down a steep hill. I have to open and shut the gate parked on the hill so livestock doesn’t get loose. Now I don’t need my wife (or my wife won’t need me) to open and close the gate when we drive thru. I can use this to engage the brake, put it in park, and open or shut the gate without being worried something will fail and it all goes rolling down the hill. This is kind of a game changer for me.

I've struggled to secure my Rzr in the back of toy hauler. All the straps I could access still allowed it to rock back and forth. This simple brake lock holds everything in place. I still strap of course but having just traveled over 1400 miles my rig sat exactly where I parked it and it was rock solid. Highly recomend.

This works just as it should. Installed in a couple of minutes and works great. Once I learned to use my left foot to set the brake it is a piece of cake.

This unit can be modified to work on a pro R it does not fit directly I sold the bracket spacing is a little narrow and the holes are a little small it’s a good value but it does have to be modified
