I replaced a ten year old unit of the same brand and model but this has more features. The old one had started to get some minor cracks on the seat, but was still working perfect, this one slipped in and worked perfect from the first day.

It seems to me that this should have product support/last longer than two years. Not super easy to clean.

FIVE STARS! Love this thing. Easy to use and trust me: once you've installed this, you'll question why you didn't do it earlier. Saves toilet paper and cleans the booty as it should. Heated seat is the bomb-diggity and i dread sitting on cold toilet seats now. We've had ours installed for five years and the seat just cracked... so this is a replacement. Even with the cracked seat, it's still rating for stars (and only losing one star because the crack, but it's still serviceable). Highly recommend.

I was shocked that all of the features work great. This model has the features of more expensive bidets so I figured it would probably have quality issues but I could not be more pleased. Installed easy and stress free in 10 minutes. Great bargain!

It was a nightmare to install, as some of the connection washers were loose or didn’t fit and caused flooding everywhere at the time of installation. We had to call someone to fit it professionally, using different fixtures that didn’t leak and this cost an extra $200It’s a nice enough product, but NOT DESIGNED FOR FEMALE USE.?!? The hose dose not extend fully to the front female area or spray water as suggested. You need to move around on the darn toilet seat.The “Drying” feature is slow and ineffective.I would honestly not recommend.

Worked for about 2 weeks then broke. Water comes on for 2 seconds then shuts off now.
