I’ll start with saying that I actually really liked my dishwasher and it worked well. I’ve had it for four years and recently started having issues with it. This entire review is solely based on the fact that their customer service team is refusing to respond back to my emails and are ghosting me after following up on the thread THREE TIMES. For whatever reason, this dishwasher has started to make my dishes smell like an aquarium. I deep clean the machine once a month with a dishwasher cleaner, I clean the tubes and filter once a week and try to shake out as much water as possible. This is all to say I take care of the machine. I reached out to their customer service team and they responded with a suggestion I was already doing. When I followed up and asked them if they thought the dishwasher was entirely broken, they are ghosting me. People need to know that their dishwashers do not last long and what’s worse is their customer service is so unhelpful. Just be honest and tell me the dishwasher is broken, don’t ghost your customers, it leaves a poor representation of the brand. This entire experience of trying to resolve this has made me back away from this brand and I won’t be suggesting them to anyone I know because of the quality of product and poor service.

Has A Dent, but so far it is working well. Currently bought this to replace my EdgeStar Full Scale Countertop Dishwasher.It can fit just as much stuff, but is slightly smaller from the outside. Which is a huge plus because it is also less heavier as well.Update: so far great support from customer service as well. Even anything goes wrong, I'll come back to update.Also, I love all the extra settings, eco mode is much appreciated.

Do not hesitate to buy this dishwasher! Dishes come out sparkling clean. It uses a half sink full of water! I use the 45 min cycle and never had a problem. I load it with pots and pans and dishes. There is no dry cycle on the 45 min wash but I like To air dry. This is my second one, I gave my first away after 12 years and it is still working great!

i live alone and always had a regular dishwasher, i wanted more cupboard space so i took it out and looked into these, i decided to order this one, it was a decent price and had good reviews. it works well, and perfect size for me. some bigger pots, etc you have to wash by hand but that is way better then washing all by hand lol. a thing that is a little inconvenient is how i cant have a faucet with the hose at the end like i would like because i have to attach this to the faucet when using. lol but overall a great product.
