These are a great pair of workout pants. They fit true to size for my wife who normally wears a size Medium at 145 and 5'7. The pants are very well made and she finds them to be very comfortable for all kinds of activities. She wears them a lot for doing yardwork outside which we've been doing a lot of recently with the nicer weather. They're not restrictive at all and still have good coverage, not overly revealing but I think she looks great in them.

These shorts are really nice quality. I got the black and am happy with the material, although wished I got a lighter color for summer. The length of the shorts is just right, I’m a mom in her mid 30s and appreciate shorts that don’t ride up or are too short for when I need to run out. The sizing seems an bit off. Usually I’m between a medium and large (size 10 women’s), I’m glad I ordered the Large because they barely fit. There’s some stretch in the band but the shorts themselves do not have much stretch. As long as you can get the right size, these are great shorts.

I'm 5'8" 163lbs and I got a size Medium. The material is light weight yet feels durable. It has a slight stretch. The waistband is thick and stays comfortably in place. The waistband also has a decent amount of stretch. There's only pockets in the front which are large enough to fit my smartphone. They look flattering and have enough leg room to move comfortably. They would be good for either outdoor or indoor exercise, but they are not waterproof.

The liner is very breathable and the outer fabric is a tight weave and smooth. They are stretchy but not too stretchy. The pockets are a little shallow, my phone doesn't quite fit all they way in so be careful when you sit, it can fall out easily, but they are not pouches so they don't sag inside like a lot of shorts do.I have a 36" waist and a large fits snug but not too tight and there is plenty of stretch left. Overall I really like these and would buy more.

I really like these shorts.The style is roomier in the butt and legs just as the listing pictures show. I fell within the medium sizing chart .(the top size chart, I think the bottom one is a men’s size chart). The waist is the only area that is a little tight. ( but this is my problem area) When these shorts are laid flat and not stretched they have about a 29 inch waist at the elastic. The elastic is stretchy but is a firm elastic.I ordered the mushroom color and it is a nice medium beige.Overall I am very happy with these shorts and like the way they look.

These are such ideal shorts for running. They're so comfortable and light weight, yet hug gently against you so they give a little support, but don't squeeze or created unsightly marks after wearing them.The materials of the shorts is very light weight and dry off almost instantly, and the liner is the same material, but more stretchy and has ample stretch to the leg openings.The size chart is spot on and the colours are a lot nicer in person.I would highly recommend not sizing up unless you want leg openings that look weird. There is plenty of waist band stretch, so if you're in between sizes, size down.All around, these make great athletic shorts for someone who wants to keep cool, but have compression support underneath.
