It works okay. My wrists start to hurt after a few minutes but I have weak wrists. So that’s something to consider. The workout you get from it is great though! I like the size, the mat it comes with it alright. It charges fast and hold a charge for a long time.

I used this one time, it worked alright was just very awkward when in use that it made my workout semi uncomfortable. It definitely works the abs and back just not the way I was personally looking for. Not a bad product just not all for me

First impressions review here, my old trusted ab roller finally had its spring snapped, after sending back to Amazon a few other crappy ab rollers I had little hope left for getting a good one, this thing arrived today and out of the box the best ab roller I have ever had, this thing is huge in size has fantastic resistance and rebound, it lights up like a Christmas tree and has a digital timer and rep counter, I hope it lasts so I don’t have to come back and retract my review, as I said first impression is great.

Great addition to my abs wheel collection.Extra wide. Extra solid. Has recoil. Has large digital counter + timer display.Only con (no dealbreaker) is they exaggerated the dimensions. Now the stock photo reads that the wheel itself is 15" wide, which was one of two reasons why I went for it. The other, being the digital counter display. But I had my suspicions that it wasn't as advertised.Measured it: 7" wide. Even the diameter/height of the wheel -- 9", turned out to be 8".On seeing it's as wide as my other extra wide roller, I felt better. At least it wasn't as small as my 5" wide, smaller roller (see photo of the other 3 rollers lined above this brand).I'm 6'2" tall. Weight 222lbs. This carried my weight. And the spring inside uncoiled as far as I could stretch out. The recoil back is like every other brand out there in that it seems to recoil a few inches off where you started. Again, no dealbreaker there.One other thing I did notice when stretching out, the coil seemed to offer a little bit more resistance than in my other ab roller. Not sure if that was intended or not. Just something I observed.The handles are made of firm plastic. Not soft, but definitely not too hard.It does come with a generic knee pad to kneel on, but I wanted something thicker so I purchased a wide 18"x16"X1" rubber knee mat on eBay.Overall, a solid, affordable ab roller to add to my workout tools.A solid recommend.Hope this review was helpful

Granted, it's been a while since these ab muscles were used (outside of the occasional sucking my gut in for photos) but wow did they get a hell of a workout even after just 4 reps! Unlike the old ab roller, these are much sturdier and offer some resistance on the slide forward, so if you have weak ab muscles, you don't run the risk of falling flat on your face as you're pushing forward.1 less star because the rep counter seems to only count full rotations of the wheel. If you're a shorty like me, your arms/legs can be fully extended and still not get a full wheel rotation. Easy enough to count reps on your own, anyway so not a big deal.

he tenido vario aun tengo varios de estas ruedas para abdominales, esta que compre es la peor en cuanto calidad que he tenido, no dura nada cuando se trabo y dejo de funcionar .....
