I'm really liking these. I have small hands so they fit well in my palm. I love that they are three different levels of firmness, so I can change them up depending on what I need in an individual hand on a given day. So far they don't seem like they will fall apart. I haven't noticed any messy raw edges or areas where the rubber is coming apart.I will say that someone with larger hands may find these too small, but for me (small woman, 100 pounds) they are perfect.

Balls fit well in average size normal hand. Glad to have variety of resistance levels for exercise.

First off I call them eggs not balls- since their ergonomic shape resemble eggs. Fit well into your hand and let’s you easily do single finger action by pressing down on the surface as they’re in the palm of your hand. All 3 are of perfect size in my opinion and measurably different in softness.

These Hand therapy balls are great! You get three, soft, medium and hard. I'm using the soft right now and I will gradually get to the hard one. They really help!

Great for my son who is 2.5. He has shaking and we are trying to strengthen his little hands. He’s able to hold them and squeeze them.

I broke my hand and needed to work on some therapy and strengthening my hand again once I got my cast off. These have been great to use and were well worth the price.

Items are good but would be perfect for an adult if they were bigger, these are small and very hard to grip, you can flex your fingers with them but not your palm/hand.

These have been a great distraction for long, stressful workdays. I have had things like this for years. I've tried many different materials and textures, but these are new to me. They're pretty firm and I feel like all my tendons are getting a good workout while I'm trying to relieve stress!
