Changing the battery on my HP gaming laptop is not super easy. That's why I kept putting off buying a new battery. Also knowing which exact battery to buy was a concern. But the numbers matched and everything went together smoothly. My 5 year old laptop is like new again! I followed the recommended break-in by charging fully and using it unplugged to full discharge 3 times in a row. Its holding a charge all day now!

Battery came with screwdrivers for an easy installation. I did have to refer to a YouTube video, but it was very easy and straightforward. Amazing quality and it runs like a charm! If you’re hesitant, don’t be.

Bought this to replace the one in my Omen laptop, constant boot up error after resetting cmos and trying other fixes. After 3 weeks battery won't charge more than 37% and yes I followed all the steps of charging and discharging. Ended up just putting my old battery back in.

This is the second battery I've gotten from this seller. The first was DOA. This one worked just fine but no matter how many times I followed the steps it would not calibrate. I even used the HP battery calibration tool during startup and after almost 3h I still got the same results. The battery seems to be working fine but could use improvements.

I cannot put into words how thankful I am for buying this battery. My old battery was plugged in too much and expanded due to heat. This new battery has a much better life than my last did when I finally replaced it. I was going to give this 4 stars because the 2 screw drivers didn't work for my laptop..but is that really an issue when the battery does work and solved so many issues?
