I had to repair a flat on my rear and when I went to tighten the lever, it disintegrated. It was a hell of a time getting the axle piece out. I guess that's the problem with a quick release vs something that requires a tool

Super happy, easy to install and adjust to get the perfect angle. Make sure you check all the measurements and thread size mine was printed on my older axle, lucky me

The original one worked loose and was damaged beyond repair. Had no problems with the replacement, but very expensive for an oversize bolt.

Diese schnellspanner sind mit Vorsicht zu benutzen da der schnellspann Mechanismus nicht besonders stabil ist sollte man tunlichst nicht zu eng drehen sonst hat man 2 Teile in der Hand. Solange er zubleibt hält er auch jedoch rate ich davon ab öfter zu öffnen und zu schließen.

Die Qualität ist sehr gut und da es sich um ein orginales Rock-Shox Teil handelt ist die Passform entsprechend tadellos.Allerdings wenn man bedenkt das es sich um eine Hinterachse für ein Fahrrad handelt ist der Preis einfach unverschähmt.Ich mache hier dem Händler bei Amazon keine Vorwürfe aber es ist schon erschreckend wie dem Radfahrer mittlerweile in die Tasche gegriffen wird von der ganzen Branche.Entweder man fährt ein Rad für 20 Euro vom Flohmarkt oder man muss mit ähnlichen Preisgestaltungen für Ersatzteile und Dienstleistungen rechnen wie beim Auto.

this is huge design upgrade from the maxle ultralite. works very well, by far the best thru axle.

Becareful not to over tighten this axle, if you do its very easy to break the cheap lever while loosening. I had to use a crescent wrench clamped down on mine to loosen.
