I bought this to replace a worn ring on an NX, Truvative Stylo crank. It weighs 60 grams less than the original steel chain ring. It's very smooth and is every bit as good at keeping the chain on. I was also excited to see a 34. Running a 32 or less on a hard tail XC bike is limiting on the top end, I was pretty much spun out at 20 mph. This is slightly better.
