Fit my 2022 Kona Process 153. After one of the screws fell out and I lost these gears I was able to install with this on my Kona. Saved me a lot of time and money compared to buying a whole new shifter new.

The product from the seller was genuine and it was an easy replace. The issue is that SRAM makes a plastic pulley. I’m not a hard core mountain biker and the fact that the original broke in less than a year…. There are alternates you can get from third parties made out of aluminum. This one does work well and it got me back in business. Long term, we’ll have to see if this one breaks too.

Works as expected. Seems to be the genuine OEM parts. I'm very happy I didn't have to buy a new derailleur, as this model was extremely expensive. These were exactly what I needed.
