I ordered these with 4-5 days to spare for my kids' Christmas parties at school. Of the 36 ornaments, ELEVEN of them were broken/chipped (that's 30%!!!). They may be "shatterproof", but they must still be very fragile. The majority of the chips were on the connecting pieces, which doesn't sound like a big deal except they were going to be handled by pre-schoolers and kindergarteners. When the pieces chipped off, it left very sharp plastic. I obviously did not have enough time to send them back, get a refund, and wait for new ones. Luckily my sister-in-law had enough on hand to cover what I needed (and hers were of much sturdier quality). I still feel really wary of sending these home with children.... I will never order these again and will never recommend them to others. It probably would have been fine with a bit more padded shipping, but they just seemed to have gotten beaten up in the mail. I'm not typically a complainer (check my reviews and you can see that I write a lot of fair reviews), but this one devastated me. We live in the middle of nowhere and a 1-hr drive to the nearest craft store in the middle of the week was not in the cards for me (I work full time). I'm so thankful my SIL had extras because I would not have been able to do the craft I planned...

Got these for a therapeutic activity for kids grieving a loss. Ended up causing a lot of frustration bc the two pieces wouldn’t lock in and any little bit of effort caused them to crack. Not impressed.

My kids are at that uncute age where taking pics in front of the Christmas tree on Christmas day (a tradition my husband and I started since our first Christmas together) is now so uncool. I was giving them money anyways, but instead of sticking the cash in a card, I folded up the bills and put them into these ornaments and hung them around the tree. To retrieve them, the kids had to take the picture first without complaint. It worked and honestly, it was fun to think of new and creative ways to celebrate the day.

Cute product, but based on the photos I was expecting something bigger (my fault for not getting a ruler out I guess) so I returned them for a bigger version so I could do the project I was planning on doing.
