Received the wrong product and couldn’t return because I was out side of my return date. Had a project to fix my gf old iPad but life carried me away. I would say that it seemed pretty standard had it been the right product for my device.

Definitely appreciated the protective film that covered the LCD screen till I was ready to use it. There were no instructions, however, if your'e installing your own LCD screen there are numerous step by step YouTube videos available. This product was good quality and shipped quickly!

The product served it's purpose but all the side pieces came bent and had to unbend and ended up breaking one but I needed it for the time being so it's working!

I have been fix apple products for years and have quality parts that do not fail is hard to come by. This screen is was wonderful and made a little girl very happy to have a fully functional iPad again.

The LCD panel is clearly not brand new but has been extensively used with numerous scratches and bent corners. The "hardened" glass is cracked.
