I have a 2001 Harley Ultra classic with 25k miles. S&S cam, high volume oil pump and did the rocker noise kit while I had the bike apart. I was able to do the project in about 2 days without any calls to friends, family or a dealer! Internet videos made the project easier along with the factory service manual. I also have a free flowing exaust but cannot tell who made it. I am the second owner and the first owner did not know either as he had the dealer install when brand new. The bike is more fun the ride. It pulls hard and is a blast. Thank you S&S!

Normally S&S would earn 5 stars but the rear cam appears to have been dropped resulting in a bad burr on the splines. The sprocket wouldn't fit without filing - an issue that wasn't apparent until the cam plate had been installed. Not the finished quality I expect from S&S.

02 fatboy 88" bored to 95" with S&S Super E. V&H long shots. These cams brought the low end out of the bike. Installation was not very complex. The bike will break the back tire free in second and third gear. Didnt lose any top end. Best performance upgrade so far. Most power for money spent.

Installed in a 2005 FLRTI with stock bore. Tuned with Power Commander V + Auto Tune. (Additional notes: Arlen Ness intake, D&D Fatcat 2-1 exhaust with small baffle).Night and day difference. Will hang with any big bore bike. Performed flawlessly 2-up loaded down with luggage as well. These work equally as well when increasing bore to 95" allowing the user to install one upgrade at a time.ACTUALLY GAINED 3-4MPG!!!Don't think about it, buy these cams.

Happy with the increase in torque on my 04 Heritage 88ci. Noticeably more from idle all the way to 4K rpm. If you need a little more oomph for passing or going up grades and don't want to change out your rockers for 551s, this cam set will do the trick. I was doing an upgrade to hydraulic tensioners and it seemed the ideal time to upgrade the cams too.Kit contains everything needed to do the replacement, although the supplied bottles of Loctite are awful tiny. You'll need more 242 (Blue) for the cam cover bolts.

This is the camshaft that HD should have put in Electra Glides from the factory! This is a great camshaft. I have a Zippers Thundermax and the canned program that I used with the OEM camshafts actually works better with this camshaft. This camshaft just plain runs better throughout the entire rpm range. Low speed roll-on's are smooth, the engine shows no signs of shuddering, it just rolls-on smooth, like an engine should. There is a noticeable increase in HP through out the rpm range, there is no more surge below 2000 rpm (prior to this camshaft I used the Thundermax to enrichen the mixture and also removed some advance at lower throttle positions at those lower rpms, but the greatest improvement came with the installation of this camshaft. The only negatives I can think of is that the kit didn't include a couple of shims to align the pulleys, also there is not enough lok-tite to thread lock the camshaft plate, the oil pump or the cam chest cover. I guess some of that stuff is not specifically related to a camshaft change out though. I'm using this in a 2006 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Standard Injected. I love it and highly recommend the use of this camshaft. I have Cobra true dual headpipes (with O2 bungs), Klockwerks Super Saver mufflers, a Zippers Thundermax computer (with O2 sensors), factory air cleaner, K&N air filter, everything else is stock (entire engine, top end, intake, etc.).
