We were trying to find balls for my son to use with his basketball hoop that were light enough to not make noise when bounced against the wall but heavy enough to have some weight while shooting. These are definitely light enough to not make noise but not really heavy enough to throw around. Which is pretty much what I expected so still 4 stars but we'll keep looking for the perfect nerf/foam style ball that doesn't drive the parents crazy.

We have an indoor hoop and I bought these balls so my boys can enjoy strong play without the danger of breaking something while trying to dunk. The quality is great. The sponge material is strong, and will last. The size of the ball is perfect for my boys to grip- they are 9 & 11yrs old. Many varieties of play for indoor play…i.e dodgeball, baseball, soccer… endless imagination, and there is enough to play with friends.

Bought these to stuff into an unused dryer vent to keep the air out, and they did the job, Stuffed in the vacant drain pipe as well to make sure no sewer gas come back up.
