The head gasket sits above the valve plate and below the pump head. This gasket should be replaced if oil or air is leaking between the pump head and valve plate.

Bought 3 sets of these and they all failed on the pressure side of the head. Checked head for flats, torqued it, and used permatex to seal. The gaskets should be reinforced gaskets! Don’t waste your money!

The head gasket that came with it was made out of a soft gasket material. The original was made out of metal. I don’t believe that these gaskets are up to the task of sealing an air pump head.

These are absolutely trash. Leak like crazy. Tried adding copper spray but that didn't help. I'm sticking with oem.

Worst gaskets I ever got too thin will not hold blow out as soon as you use it made my own out of a gasket material haven't lost them

Worked great for about 2 months of minimal use. Blew out recently. Wish I bought original equipment replacement instead of trying to save money on this one
