I am replacing the roof on a large garage. I had a past problem with bats. This SS 1/4” Hardware cloth will be installed at the peak over the framing for the length of the garage. As it is SS, I will never need to replace it.

Unless you need a single piece of mesh 23" x 10.5' this must be cut to size. I cut into 10+ pieces with sharp shears and many of the cut strands broke free from the mesh, leaving frayed ends which snag and make further fabrication very difficult. Yes, it is stainless but NOT securely welded as claimed. AVOID THIS ITEM!

I am hoping it will last better than the galvanized mesh since it will be in the lake all summer.
