Keeps beverages cold. Havent tried it with hot liquid. Very durable cup and comfortable handle. Nice look and functionality. Holds a good amount of liquid.

I own a number of insulated mugs of various styles and sizes. This one is my favorite. It keeps my drinks at temperature for a long time, and it is sturdy and comfortable to grip. I admit that I don't travel with it so fit and function of the lid are not important to me, but I am definitely satisfied with the quality and utility of this mug.

I bought around 20 of these to completely replace my household cups. They are wonderfully durable, hold a decent amount of liquid, and I have been washing them in the dishwasher without issue for quite a while.

20 OZ capacity, good build and comfortable handle.Uses as my water glass on my desk it is large enough not to have to constantly refill to get hydrated.Can't comment on the lid as I do not use it, but does seem to fit snuggly.

This keeps hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold better than a ceramic mug. I like the size and prefer to have filtered tap water in a mug like this to buying bottled water in plastic.Note that the lid has a small hole in it for drinking (like the lid to a coffee shop cup)--so it still can spill if knocked over and can't be placed in a backpack like a sealed bottle. The interior developed stains after it held tea, and it's a bit awkward to get inside this deep mug to scrub it by hand. You may need a scrub brush with a handle to clean it well.

Well made, nice looking, keeps liquids cold (maybe hot, haven't tried that). If I had more friends, I'd buy more of these. The lid is a real plus since flies and other bugs like to dive into my drink when I'm outside on the patio. I usually take my bug assault salt shooter to fend off the bugs, but now it's unnecessary and I'll save a small, very small, fortune on table salt.
