This is a nice, sturdy lunch book but I wouldn't advise it for anything except cold food. When I put hot food in the bento for my 11-year-old son's lunch it sealed itself so tight that he couldn't get it open and went hungry.

I got these to encourage a low tox environment for my son’s lunch. It’s super durable, very easy to clean and very easy to use. Plenty of room for a lunch fit for a teen!

Really like this for my kids lunch box. It's very durable and I feel like it will be forever. Easy to clean and easy for my 6 year old to open and close. Love this as a non-toxic, durable lunch box for my kid! Will probably buy another one!

Love this Bento Box... well constructed, easy to wipe out/clean and best of all... wait, two bests of all, are that is is NOT plastic and second, a regular bread sized sandwich easily fits without stacking the two halves of the sandwhich.I rate this as a best buy!
