My cat was in need of a new litter box & this fit the bill. The old box would get so saturated with his urine that after awhile, no amount of cleaning or liners would get that smell out and we'd have to just toss it and start over or be stuck "knowing" there's a cat in the house. Benny - that's his name, was immediately curious and I'm guessing it was the fresh new digs that made him come over & hop in right away, well almost right away. He didn't/doesn't care for the swinging door. He's unsure of it, he's kinda skittish at times and trying to navigate that semi-clear door just wasn't his thing but he climbed in anyway and did his thing. Next thing you know we hear his usual scratching signifying he had a successful go and was cleaning up after himself. Putting this thing together was easier than it looked like it would be from the pictures. We took the door off and he seemed to prefer that so we're leaving it off. Surprisingly though, even with the door removed, the litterbox is good at containing the smell. It's very easy to clean as we use A&H Slide litter which itself does a fantastic job of clumping, making scooping with the included scoop very easy. The little "front porch" does a good job of catching & containing any litter tracks when he comes out. The scoop has a little stand that I thought was awesome. The stainless bowl has to be the difference as we're going through a lot less litter over time and no stinky smell. He's definitely enjoying his new potty and so are we.

Great so far, my cat loves the door that she can easily push in or out where her prior door would get stuck. The box is easy to clean, holds odor inside, the only complaint, the front closure of the box is layered so it allows litter to pile up on the outer edge so when I open the top to clean it, that litter falls everywhere outside the box. Otherwise I would purchase again.

I was so super excited when I saw this this stainless steel litter box I have been wanting one for quite some time and I was just having trouble finding exactly the right one and I'm glad I held out for this one.First of all there's so many ways that you can arrange the hood you can have it covered you can have it partially covered like I do you could cover the top part so it's more like a darker cave like space and then there's also another door that you can have that the door swings open and closed as the cat walks in.I love the fact how there is a little scoop with it and I use tofu cat litter and for the health of my cat I found that this is the best the best to use it's low tracking low dust low carbon footprint I can flush it it's just amazing there's no smells like other litters and litter boxes.The scoop is amazing it can either hang off the side or it has this cool little box that it sets right into which is actually perfect for it so it's always standing up you never have to touch anything that possibly could be less than desirable to touch.I love how it has the first step coming in or out or around the rim so that those pieces if there's any goes right back in plus there's another additional step that the cat can step onto and furthermore get rid of more litter I know regular kitty litter will track all throughout the house and to anyone who's ever had barefoot and stepped on a piece of cat litter it's like stepping on a Lego!I love the fact that stainless steel nothing sticks to it so the whole thing is non-stick I'm not scooping something and scratching it and the smell and bacteria will hide and harbor anything sicknesses bacterias just all sorts of nasty things.This is also larger than my last box that I had so I'm actually really happy about that as well it's a larger size than I had anticipated so super excited I write out of the box the first the first day I am so thrilled with this I will update after I've had a chance to use it after several months just to see if there's anything that breaks down with the stainless steel or not but I don't think so this is a very good quality it's very sturdy I don't see where I'm going to have any issues.So quality overall is high, price point is really good for all the things that you get the different ways that you could arrange hood, the attention to detail with having the the scoop caddy and a little hook on the side as well as having two steps to help keep kitty litter at Bay.An amazing product I have actually already gotten a friend to order one after they saw what I received and the quality/ price.

This litter box is a cut above all others! I have owned cats for 30 years why did i not know that stainless steel will make litter not smell??!!! Its so high quality. You will not be disappointed! This product is an A+++! Ty for making a lotter box that actually works in every way!!

i have a cat that keeps kicking the liter out of her box making a mess. she can not do this with this box, she is using her liter box but not making a mess. good design.

I have tried numerous covered liter boxes and this one is by far the best for no messes, smells and overall appearance!!

Cat boxes are subjective. The wall pee-ers need one type. Kittens need another. Seniors with mobility issues another. Some hate lids. Some hate to push. I have 8, so a variety.The box itself. Good quality and decent size for an average size cat. Key phrase, average size cat. If you have chonky or huge, you may need to look for a larger box.Depth is good for a healthy cat. My senior with arthritis found the height to be a little too high. The others were fine with it.Cover is good, but mine hate to have to push a thing to get inside. Took forever for them to sort the cat flap to the outside lead to a magnificent catio.Wall pee-ers. I don’t have any. I can say, I have not seen any leaks, but cannot say it doesn’t if you have a cat that likes to shoot for the wall instead of the litter.Cleaning was easy enough. I use a corn base litter, so sticking is not usually an issue.
