I lost my mixing spoon sometime during my last move, and I'm missing the rubber end of my old muddler, so this set is perfect! These muddlers are huge and hefty; I can't wait to make mojitos! The reason I removed a star is because the mixing spoon came dirty. I'm going to be charitable and say it was dirt from rubbing against the black rubber on one of the muddlers, somehow, but I'm not sure...At any rate, I washed it, and all is well. Still, receiving dirty items--especially food and beverage related items--is unappealing.

My wife and daughter love mojito's, so of course I needed a muddler. This package has two. One has a fairly smooth surface and the other one is more aggressive. Being made of stainless steel, they are easy to clean and they look nice on the bar.

Every home bar needs a good muddler, especially if you make cocktails that contain fruit or herbs, or any drinks that could be enhanced with crushed fruit or herbs. I once asked my favorite bartender his secret for making the perfect old fashioned and Manhattan, and his answer surprised me: good muddling. Just tossing in a cherry or orange slice, even if you give them a good squeeze first, does not compare with using a muddler. This set contains the two best muddlers I have ever used. The nylon heads are perfect for mashing fruits, herbs, and even spices. They are sturdy enough to do the job quickly and thoroughly, and they are easy to wash--to date, nothing has gotten stuck in the crevices. Both are large (one is super large) but lightweight. They are dishwasher-safe, though I have found that rinsing right away is enough to do the job. I like that there are two sizes, with two different kinds of head, so you can muddle in a tall or short glass, and you can choose between two types of texture for mashing or crushing. The bar spoon that accompanies the set is perfect for the small taste that good bartenders often take to be sure the drink is exactly right.

Color: Silver. As an aspiring mixologist, I added this set to my bar tools. These items are very functional in that you get two different muddler lengths for every type of glass / shaker size and a versatile swizzle spoon. The twisted spoon is perfect for mixing, stirring and forking up fruits. The muddlers make the crushing of herbs and fruits very simple, bringing out an amazing amount of flavor. These tools are made of high quality stainless steel. They are what I needed for my bar and perfect for the price.

These are well made and helpful tools in the kitchen. They can be used for their advertised uses in cocktails or other drinks like lemonade or sangria. The smaller muddler is basic and what you would expect to get for a muddler. The larger one had a more rounded head, allowing for spikes both on the bottom and up the sides a bit so it works really quickly and well. Both muddlers have an ergonomic shape that is pleasing to hold. The spoon is a favorite, too, much longer than even a standard iced tea spoon. We've washed them all in the top 3rd rack of the dishwasher without an issue. Great, high quality versatile set and a great value.

This muddler set comes with one larger muddler, one regular size muddler and a swizzle spoon. The muddlers are lightweight metal with hand indentations on the side for comfortable holding when muddling. The longer muddler (about 13 inches) has large poking tips on the end, very good for citrus or larger chunks of fruit. The smaller muddler has shorter spikes for squishing onto the bottom of the cup.We have already used both and love the weight and the ease of muddling fruit in different beverages. We have used them from lemonade, to bubbly water, and tea. These work great. I wasn't sure about the big pokey one, but it works better for the citrus and for mango pieces.I highly recommend this set. It is easy to clean - dishwasher safe - but we hand wash. They are lightweight and easy to use, all for a great price!
