Great for using on induction range enabling use of copper cookware. Also good for low temp applications such as Hollandaise sauce.

The plate arrived missing its handle. I was planning to exchange it until I tested the plate on my induction stovetop. The burner would not come on. Although there are many reviews here from people who use this product on their induction stovetops, it does not work on mine. Either this particular plate came from a defective batch or the iron content isn't high enough to engage all induction burners.

The product came used as if it’s been heated up before without anything on it. That is why the discoloration. I’m sure the product is good, just should not have come used.

Does not work well with induction stoves, it defeats the purpose of induction, it takes long to heat up the pans and if you remove the pans, the stove remains on instead of turning off, Induction stoves turn off when there's no pans on it to keep people from getting burned
